2. Place your order
Order through our online portal and enter your company details. Our anonymous Florida setup uses two companies, a New Mexico LLC and a Florida LLC, each with its own fees. See our anonymous LLC page.
3. We file with Sunbiz
We prepare your Articles of Organization and operating agreement and submit them to the Florida Division of Corporations. Sunbiz then reviews the filing.
4. Sign your documents
Your documents arrive through the portal already completed from the information you gave us. They are ready to print and sign, and include a resolution to open a bank account that you can take to the bank.
5. Keep your company in good standing
